IDG News Service reports on a Russian 3D cement printer which enabled the construction of a house in 24 hours. It is hoped that the technology will help recovery from natural disasters.

Andy Patrizio reports that 3D printed objects may contain toxins depending on the plastic resin used to construct them. A scientist experimenting with zebra fish found that the fish died after contact with devices made with a 3D printer.
