Working Knowledge

Working Knowledge is a newsletter of the Havard Business School that promotes new books and case studies.   Electronic newsletters are a valuable source of current information that has not had time to appear in books.   Many (like this one) are available as subscriptions to your email account.
I discovered this through a link on the solo librarian's website, www.sla.org/division/dsol which offers a newsletter with resources of interest to knowledge workers.
The Search Engine Watch Newsletter is an email newsletter of special interest to those interested in information sifting techniques.   The email delivery offers convenience - most of the information is also found at www.searchenginewatch.com.

Alibaba

WWW.ALIBABA.COM is a Chinese commercial portal for business-to-business transactions.   It has a directory format similar to the old Yahoo.   I was interested in the cultural differences, such as the highlighting of gold trading.
