Sandboxing Windows

Serdar Yegulalp writes about Microsoft's development of a Windows sandbox software, and compares this new product with competitive offerings. Sandboxes allow developers to create apps within an environment which will not take down the host computer: if the app locks up, the sandbox can be deleted without interrupting the developer's other tasks or workflow.
