Stephen Johnson muses on who is responsible for the damage caused by objects from space . Johnson notes that if a foreign nation launched the source of space debris, then that nation is responsible for making right for any damage. On the other hand, if the object originated in your own country, then the agency or corporation which launched the object is responsible.
