Designing for the Elderly

Don Norman observes that everyday things are not designed with the elderly in mind. For inclusive design techniques, Norman recommends Kat Holmes book Mismatch, as well as Katheryn Schwab's article, "Why You Should Be Designing For Your 73-Year-Old Self".
