Christina DesMarais suggests some behaviors common in happy, successful people :
- Get up every day at 4 a.m. and exercise.
- Make prayer or meditation a ritual.
- Get serious about to-do lists.
- Stop watching TV.
- Stop drinking alcohol.
- Stop smoking.
- Take risks.
- Stop blaming others (or Fate) for your situation.
