Accomodating the Homeless

John Henley shares a successful effort to create community and reduce homelessness in Finland.

This is a gripping endorsement of a program that successfully eliminated people sleeping outside in winter, that is, "rough sleeping." A gripe I have with this article is that writing to the heart leaves the reader with insufficient statistical data on costs and benefits, something a debater would want to know.
