Chantel Tattoli reviews the biometric use of fingerprints from the past to the present.

Tattoli shares a 2013 quote from Apple's CEO Tim Cook: “Let me put it this way: if hackers get a hold of your thumbprint, they could use it to identify and impersonate you for the rest of your life.” To me this is a scary thought, as biometric identification is becoming common (and I presume more subject to being hacked).
