Continuing Education Can Benefit a Company

Bart Perkins notes the need for continuing education , especially for those working in high-tech fields. He suggests three ways that an organization can become more competitive through learning opportunities:

1. Recruit individuals who enjoy learning;
2. Identify interdisiplinary skill requirements, and,
3. Identify training sources.
