Mobile Trends for 2014

Al Saccio reports on ten mobile technology trends that experts anticipate strengthening in 2014.

One surprising predication was that businesses would market more with SMS rather than apps. The predication was made by Steve French, a VP at OpenMarket, a SMS marketing firm.
