Mobile Security Legislation

According to a ComputerWorld article by Grant Gross, U. S. Representative Ed Markey has introduced mobile phone privacy legislation, the Mobile Device Privacy Act. The goal of the legislation is to require that application makers should inform consumers if they allow data collection.
