Sharp has developed a 3D screen technology for cellphones that does not require special glasses, according to an April 2nd ComputerWorld article by Martyn Williams titled Sharp develops 3D LCD screen for mobile gadgets. This might have potential for more densely packing data into visual displays, and definitely has potential for new entertainment software.
