Malware Flea Market
Ellen Messmer reports in the October 6, 2009 issue of Network World on a Malware flea market [that] pays hackers to hijack PCs. Operating out of Russia, the flea market entrepreneurs pay to get control of US computers (and for the opportunity to steal from US citizens). In order to avoid local prosecution, hijacking PCs in Eastern bloc nations is not permitted.
