EDU2.0 & Open Courseware

I was reviewing new technologies appearing on Emily Chang's eHub and saw a reference to a free educational learning system called Edu2.0.  : This provides users with many of the services of Blackboard without the expense.

In a bit of related news, in the newspaper I saw a reference to the Open Courseware Consortium, which provide college level educational materials at no charge to students or faculty.
