I ran accross the www.myway.com search engine today, and discovered it is a new AskJeeves© product. Graphically, MyWay offers the clean lines of Google combined with "portal" content similar to Yahoo. A distinguishing feature is that it does not have its own search engine, but like a metasearch tool, one crafts a search using the "MyWay" interface, and the query is run against the database of your choice. At this time Google, Yahoo, Ask, and Look Smart are provided as database search options. MyWay supports numerous foreign languages, and by providing email and other personal services hopes to become a portal for individuals. It offers US, Canadian, and British news options.
